The terrace will be your favorite space during your stay, every detail was taken care of so that those who are in that area will have a space where they can relax or be together enjoying each other's company.

On the terrace we have a charcoal grill if you like to prepare grilled meat with the delicious smoked flavor and enjoy your food in the outdoor dining room that we have set up for you.

The pool was also designed for all tastes, this pool does not use chlorine or chemicals, it is a pool that works with salt chlorinator, sea salt that we bring from Guerrero Negro in the peninsula of Baja California Sur. This pool takes care of your skin, your eyes and your clothes.

The pool has a very good size HotTub, with air bubbles that will make you enjoy and relax, the heated pool has a space that we call the beach so you can be with your small children and babies and the pool has a depth of 1.50 meters to cool off, or put an inflatable and enjoy the comfort of lying in the water.

You will also find board games in English and Spanish, for all ages, in the living room we have install an Atari electronic game connected to the TV, totally retro for you to enjoy video games of yesterday.

We have some books in English and Spanish in case you forgot your book at home or want to discover something new, you will find it there.

The whole house has Internet access and all TVs are prepared with applications so you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney TV and others, using your favorite personal accounts.

The house is fully equipped, has all the necessary services, hot water 24/7, air conditioners in the living room, dining room and all bedrooms.

Located 5 minutes driving of the Marina and Downtown of Cabo San Lucas within the exclusive gated residential community of Pedregal is your ideal destination for a breathtaking getaway of a lifetime.
